THE USE OF COLLABORATIVE LAW IN MEDICAL ERROR... →
I even like the “feeling” of the word Collaborative: cooperate, assist, to work with one another in a joint intellectual effort, abat, concert, participate, unite, team up.  The added devastation that our family has experienced as a result of the discovery and litigation process was cruel and barbaric. Check lists.... →
As I listened to Dr. Atul Gawande passionatly present about check lists and Apgar scores for surgery at the IHI forum, I was encouraged and excited. Finally, a simple, common sense approach that could save lives. And now someone is objecting or is there a communication problem or is this politics? Stalling any program that can save children’s lives is unconscionable. Please speak up.
